Tashani is an experienced business manager with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, business operations, and financial administration. Tashani earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University and earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her prior roles include research and operations management at UNC-Chapel Hill and key leadership roles with two Raleigh-based behavioral health and wellness organizations. Tashani is passionate about working with service-based organizations and joined Arise Collective to support the mission of helping women.
