Jerri Pitre, LCSWA, LCASA

Jerri Pitre serves as the Clinical Case Manager at MATCH, where she provides comprehensive clinical rehabilitative services to incarcerated women and mothers. With over 13 years of experience in Social Work, Jerri’s expertise spans child welfare, substance abuse rehabilitation, family-centered therapy, individual counseling, parenting support, opioid treatment program (OTP) counseling, and specialized rehabilitative services for incarcerated populations.

Jerri earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winston-Salem State University in 2011 and her Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University in 2015. From a young age, Jerri has been passionate about helping others, drawing inspiration from her family’s legacy of service. As a child, she mentored neighborhood kids, brought them to church, and discovered her calling to follow in the footsteps of her mother and aunt in a helping profession.

Since 2019, Jerri has been a key member of the MATCH team at the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women. In this role, she provides rehabilitative and parenting services tailored to the needs of incarcerated women. Jerri developed and implemented a specialized parenting curriculum for the MATCH program, equipping participants to actively and effectively parent their children even while incarcerated.

Currently, Jerri is pursuing full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). She recently completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is working toward full certification through The Arise Collective. Her dedication to empowering women and their families is evident in her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference.
